Conclusion
I purchased once or twice from the Daily Getaways 10+ years ago when awards at most hotels were reasonable, but I have passed this “opportunity” ever since.
It may make sense if you have exceeded your maximum yearly points purchase limit with hoteliers such as Hilton and IHG because these Daily Getaways don’t count towards it.
