- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup blue cheese salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed and coarsely chopped
- 6 ounces imitation crabmeat, finely chopped
- 1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
