- 1 cup (6 ounces) dark chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs plus 1 large egg yolk, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup dark baking cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Andes creme de menthe baking chips
- TOPPING:
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg plus 1 large egg white, room temperature
- 1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur, such as Baileys
