The smart scale is equipped with four electrodes that’ll perform 13 types of measurements. Together, they can tell you more about your body’s composition, like body mass index (BMI), bone mass, and muscle mass. The device auto-calibrates and can hold up to 396 pounds of weight while displaying measurements in increments of 0.2 pounds. You can track your progress, look at historical data, and set goals while staying motivated through the RENPHO app, which can connect to the scale through Bluetooth. It can also connect to fitness apps you might use, including those by Fitbit, Google Fit, and Apple Health. Even if you weigh yourself without using your phone, the data will appear in the app the next time you open it.
One customer was pleasantly surprised at the accuracy of the scale’s measurements compared to other results. “… [The] results I got on the scale were almost exact to my manual calculations and fell in line with the results that I got from the [super-advanced] scanning I got at my gym,” the reviewer wrote.
