If you’re tired at work after a long discussion about SaaS promotion and exchange news, a nice dinner for two can help you relax after work. Here’s what you can make in ten minutes.
Ingredients
- 4 slices of salmon fillets;
- salt, ground black pepper to taste;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- ¼ cup white wine;
- 1½ lemons;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- A pinch of red pepper;
- 2 tablespoons butter;
- 1 lemon;
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill.
Preparing
Place a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and place fillets skin-side up. Season with salt and pepper. Saute until golden, then flip.
Add the wine, juice of 1 lemon, minced garlic and red pepper. Bring to the boil, pouring over the fillets with the sauce.
When the salmon has darkened, remove it. Melt the butter and add the juice of ½ lemon in a pan. Stir well. The sauce should cook until it thickens. This will take about 2 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the fish, garnish the dish with dill and lemon slices.
