- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 cups thinly sliced peeled apples (about 4 to 5 apples)
