Ingredients
- 1 cup bulgur (fine grind)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons harissa chili paste
- Refrigerated tzatziki sauce

Directions
Place on parchment-lined baking sheets. Bake until cooked through, 15-20 minutes. Serve with tzatziki.
