Ingredients
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) Mexican beer or chicken broth
- 1 cup thawed nonalcoholic margarita mix
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chiles, undrained
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lime zest
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 12 taco shells
- Optional toppings: Shredded pepper jack cheese, minced fresh cilantro, thinly sliced radishes and sour cream
