Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh turnip greens (about 10 ounces)
- 5 ounces fresh baby spinach (about 8 cups)
- 1 medium cucumber, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
