The second season of The Witcher is now out on Netflix, and it includes an extended appearance from Kristofer Hivju, who Game of Thrones fans will remember as Tormund Giantsbane.
Hivju played Tormund Giantsbane for a total of 33 episodes of Game of Thrones, starting in season three. Now, fantasy fans can see him in The Witcher, another TV series inspired by on a book.
Of course, fans may not recognize him on The Witcher, since his character Nivellen has been cursed to look like a frightful boar-man. There’s no mistaking the voice or the larger-than-life screen presence, though.
